I have experience in making patient journeys. A specific method that I learned during my internship at Panton is called metromapping, which gives inside into the decisions that a patient needs to make.

Co-designing

I have hosted co-design sessions with several methods, such as card-sorting, a-day-in-the-life, brainstorming, and experience mapping.

Interviewing

I have experience with interviewing health professionals, group interviews, lay-people and students, both structured and unstructured.
